Most orders ship out the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or on these US holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc.

We ship from both Colorado and California so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us at DirtyRagz1@yahoo.com with your name and order number.

We ship all international shirts as a "GIFT" and mark it worth less than $5 so that you avoid any import taxes being charged to you.
Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.
What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We ship via the United States Postal Service. We offer several flat-rate shipping options, and the price increases as delivery times decrease. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price.
Domestic Shipping Options:
First Class Mail (2-5 day delivery / $5.95)
Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery / $6.99)
Express Mail (1-2 day delivery / $24.00)
International Shipping Options:
International First Class (2-4 week delivery on average / $7.50) - Delivery time varies by country
Priority Mail International (6-12 day delivery / $25.00)

How do I track my package?
First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox. If you think your shirt has taken too long to get to you and want to know where it is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get you your Delivery Confirmation number. Once you get your number go to: http://www.usps.com/ and you can track your shipment there.
Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order.
For international orders you are given the custom's form number which cannot be used to track the package. Sorry!
I was sent the wrong shirt / I was sent a defective shirt.
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.
How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 60 days of delivery. Just send back with a self address "STAMPED" envelope or include $4 as cash, check or money order for payment of shipping back to you. Send to exchanges to Dirtyragz, PO Box 16203, Golden, CO 80402
I have a great idea for a shirt! Do you want to buy it?
If you have a good shirt idea, send it to firstname.lastname@example.org, and if we want to make it we will pay you $150 and give you a free t-shirt of your choice. The more ideas you send in, the better chance that one of yours will be selected. Feel free to include multiple ideas in one email.
How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at email@example.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can confirm that the order was placed.
Do your shirts ever go on backorder?
We keep all our other shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the shirt back in stock within a week. If your order contains one or more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the shirts are in stock.
